Cancellation policy

Being a small tourist accomodation, cancellations affect us considerably. We understand that emergencies can arise, but last minute cancellations do not leave us time to re-let the room.

Therefore, cancellations will be treated as such:

• From booking to more than 48h before arrival: No charge

• Within 48h of reservation: 25% charge

• Within 24h of reservation: 50% charge

• On the same day or if the client does not show up: 100% fee

Warning! For all bookings made through online platforms (Booking.con, hotel.com, expedia etc), the cancellation conditions posted on the site in question apply. No flexibility will be granted.
